A: All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST if applicable.

A: At Awesome Bargains we take our customers privacy and security seriously, our entire  website conforms to standard practice with 128bit secure socket layer (SSL) security. No credit card details are recorded on our website. Worldpay work hard to reduce card fraud and use the latest technologies to keep fraudsters at bay.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside Australia?

A: At the moment we only ship to Australian addresses, so no, we can not ship to an overseas address. 

Q: Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

A: Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses in Australia for anything being shipped by Australia Post, for larger items we may use a courier service. We will let you know in the listing if we can not ship to a PO Box.

Q: I never received the item I ordered ?

A: From time to time orders may go missing, if your product  has not arrived within the expected timeframe, send us an email and we will investigate and get back to you as soon as we can. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe we will be in contact with you.

Q: Can I be refunded if I’ve changed my mind about a product I purchased ?

A: We are only able to offer refunds in cases where items are faulty, damaged or incorrectly  advertised. Please use the contact us page to send us a message with your name, address and order number.
